17-20 January 2008, the DRAE Executive Committee met in Wuppertal, Germany, to plan work for the year and discuss the plans for future Assemblies and the election of the Regional President in 2009.

Friday 25 January 2008, DRAE President Sister Doris Horn began a visit to some members in Africa - Nigeria and Cameroon. A report on her visits will be available later.

DRAE President elections

Elections for the next President of DRAE will be held in 2009. Members have been sent nomination papers - these which must be returned by 20 January 2009. Elections will be held at the World Assembly in the USA.

DRAE meet in Africa

Preparations are taking place to hold the DRAE Assembly in 2011 in Tanzania. Please pray for this. More details available in 2009.
