June 2007 : Basel, Switzerland
The last DRAE Assembly took place in June 2007 in Basel Switzerland. The title and theme was Friendship - a gift to share - diaconal calling.
July 2009 : Atlanta, USA
DRAE will meet for business during the gathering of the DIAKONIA World Assembly in 2009. Elections for a new Regional President will take place at this meeting and a new Executive Committee appointed. More details about this Assembly will be available on the DIAKONIA website mid 2008.
Summer 2011 : Tanzania
The next all DRAE gathering is being planned. It is hoped that this will take place in the summer of 2011 in Tanzania. Details have been sent to members and can be seen here.
