DIAKONIA Prayer Letter
“Prayers that connect the diaconal world”
At the beginning of each month, the DIAKONIA World Federation publishes a Prayer Letter written by members from different parts of the world. Offered in English and German, it provides personal insights into the global diaconal community through theological reflections, spiritual inspiration and glimpses of diaconal work in diverse contexts.
The Prayer Letter invites us to pause, broaden our horizons and recognise ourselves as part of a worldwide community of faith and service.

2026 MARCH PRAYER LETTER
The March Prayer Letter is written by Mandy Herriman. She is a member of the Executive Board of DIAKONIA representing DIAKONIA Asia Pacific where she serves as Vice President. Mandy is President of the Australian Anglican Deacons Association (AADA), and Archdeacon to the Household of Deacons. She is serving as a Deacon in the Anglican Parish of Kingsley North in Perth, Western Australia. She is also trained as a pediatric nurse and a primary music teacher.
