Conference Fees
We want as many people as possible from our member organisations to join us in Amerongen. That is why we have worked hard to offer fair conference fees and different accommodation options.

As accommodation and catering costs have risen, we cannot keep the fees as low as we would like. However, we have arranged different room categories, including more affordable shared double rooms and lower fees for accommodation a little further from the conference venue. You can find more details on our accommodation page.
| Accommodation | Early registration discount by 31 December 2026 | Registration from 1 January 2027 |

| Shared double room | 750,00 € (per person) | 800,00 € (per person) |
| Buitenlust / Napoleonschuur | ||
| Single room | 950,00 € (per person) | 1.000,00 € (per person) |

| Single room | 900,00 € (per person) | 950,00 € (per person) |
| Shared double room | 800,00 € (per person) | 850,00 € (per person) |
The number of rooms in each category is limited. During registration, you can indicate your first and second choice. We will do our best to meet your preferences, but cannot guarantee your first choice. Room allocation will take into account various factors, including registration dates, individual needs and travel arrangements. If you are travelling by car, we would appreciate it if you could consider staying at Boshotel Overberg. This would help us offer accommodation closer to the conference venue to participants travelling by public transport.
Discount for Participants Under 30
Your ideas, experiences and perspectives matter! We want more young people to be part of our international community and help shape its future. That is why all participants under 30 receive an additional €150 discount on the conference fee.
Financial Support for Member Organisations
We want to make it possible for members from all our member organisations to take part in the Regional Conference. DRAE therefore offers financial support to all member organisations to help cover the costs of participation. To receive this support, participants must register by 31 December 2026. Registration after this date is still possible until 28 February 2027, but financial support will no longer be available.
The conference fee includes four nights of accommodation from Monday, 5 July, to Friday, 9 July 2027, with breakfast from Tuesday to Friday at your accommodation, lunch from Tuesday to Friday and dinner from Monday to Thursday, including the festive dinner. Cold drinks during the day, as well as coffee and tea during the breaks, are also included. The fee covers the full conference programme, including workshops, discussions, worship services, shared activities and the cultural programme. It also includes the Wednesday excursion and visits to local social projects.
