Conference Fees
We want our Regional Conference to be a place where people from different countries and member organisations can come together, share experiences and strengthen our community. That is why we have worked hard to keep the conference fees as affordable as possible.
However, rising costs around the world, particularly for accommodation and catering, mean that we have had to set the fees at the levels shown below. We have tried to make the prices as fair as possible. As there is also not enough accommodation for everyone in Amerongen itself, some participants will stay at a hotel a little further away. We have therefore set a lower conference fee for this hotel. To offer more affordable options, we have also included shared double rooms. The beds in these rooms can be separated if needed. Please see our accommodation information for more details about the different locations.

The number of rooms in each category is limited. During registration, you can indicate your first and second choice. We will do our best to meet your preferences, but cannot guarantee your first choice. Room allocation will take into account various factors, including registration dates, individual needs and travel arrangements. If you are travelling by car, we would appreciate it if you could consider staying at Boshotel Overberg. This would help us offer accommodation closer to the conference venue to participants travelling by public transport.
Discount for Participants Under 30
We want to encourage and support young people to take part in our Regional Conference and become part of our international community. That is why participants under the age of 30 receive an additional 150 € discount on the conference fee.
The conference fee includes four nights of accommodation from Monday, 5 July, to Friday, 9 July 2027, with breakfast from Tuesday to Friday at your accommodation, lunch from Tuesday to Friday and dinner from Monday to Thursday, including the festive dinner. Cold drinks during the day, as well as coffee and tea during the breaks, are also included. The fee covers the full conference programme, including workshops, discussions, worship services, shared activities and the cultural programme. It also includes the Wednesday excursion and visits to local social projects.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as accommodation and other conference services must be booked in advance, the following cancellation conditions apply.
- Until 31 December 2026
Free cancellation with a full refund of the conference fee. - From 1 January to 28 February 2027
50% of the conference fee will be charged. - From 1 March 2027
100% of the conference fee will be charged.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to sebastian.haupt(at)diakoneo(dot)de. The date we receive your cancellation will determine the applicable fee. If you are unable to attend, you may also nominate another person from your organisation to take your place. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, particularly if you are travelling from abroad.
Invoices will be sent out from January 2027 onwards. If you would like to pay your conference fee earlier, please contact us.
